Siam
Nordic Ltd was founded in 1996 at Phuket by Mr Yvon Van Eyseren, with the
prime objective to offer trekking and guided tours in the Phuket area. From
1997 to 2000 the company grew fast and also changed its direction towards
real estate brokerage due to the expanding real estate market at Phuket. |

During
2000 an expansion of Siam Nordic Ltd on a franchise basis was begun. The
franchiser and parent company is today called Easy Trade Group Ltd and still
owned by Mr Yvon Van Eyseren. |

In
the beginning of 2003 the preparation for an establishment in Stockholm
and Sweden was started. As an essential part of this establishment, Siam
Nordic Ltd was taken over by Nedim Jaginovic, Per Axaeus and Christer Spreitz. |

The
company will continue to expand with the purpose of being a nation wide
real estate agent with Thailand as our speciality. |
